In August 2015 Adam offered his personal attention to an American corporate tenant from a top 30 ranked Fortune 500 company.
The tenant and his family were relocating from their home in the States for a long term stay, and it was important to find a property that would suit their lifestyle.
The challenge, however, was that the family had to do their searching from overseas. No problem for Excel: as part of our corporate service we offer Skype viewings, which on this occasion we arranged working in conjunction with the client’s relocation agent. The viewings allowed the tenants to fully visualise the property’s scale and condition.
After further personal support, including measuring up rooms and parking spots to ensure everything was a perfect match for the tenants’ needs, contracts were signed on the premium townhouse in the gated development of Spencer Walk, set in the heart of Hampstead, with peace of mind all round.
The tenants are now happily settled in and enjoying life in their new home.
