Oli didn’t waste any time in putting his skills to good use, letting a beautiful property just steps away from Regents Park on the highly desirable Avenue Road.
With an in-depth knowledge of the premium property market in London and a native understanding of the type of properties sought by French corporate tenants, Oli quickly forged strong relationships with a host of City-based French banks.
One tenant in particular, an employee of BNP Paribas Bank for over 18 years, consulted with Oli as to his requirements for a new property to rent. Oli took time to get to know his family needs and special requests, and introduced the tenant to a superb two-floor, fully refurbished townhouse in St Johns Wood, boasting a feature that is very rare but much desired by French tenants: a garden.
The family is now living comfortably in their new home and very much enjoying their outdoor space.
