Excel are proud to be celebrating the big 3-0 this year. Our Managing Director, Kiri Kyriacou, founded the company in 1993 and since then has seen the property market go through many peaks and troughs, recessions, legislative changes and a not forgetting a global pandemic. It’s testament to his drive and passion for the industry that Excel has continued to thrive and provide a high level of service to our valued clients. Some of our Landlords have been with us for most, if not all, of the last 3 decades, which is proof of our continuing desire to forge long term, trusted relationships.
It’s not just our logo that has evolved in this time; Landlords will know only too well how responsibilities and obligations have shifted over the years. At Excel we always strive to be ahead of the game when it comes to developments in the market or updates to the legal requirements of the letting process. It’s what gives our clients peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that their asset is in looked after in the most comprehensive manner by experts of the industry.
Our aim is to continue to improve our level of service for our clients in this ever-changing landscape.
