Having worked at the heart of Japanese corporate lettings since our establishment in 1993, it is with great pleasure that we announce our official acceptance into the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the UK (JCCI UK).
After a rigorous selection process, including a series of interviews, Excel Property Services has been invited to join the 300 member companies and organisations of the UK branch of the global JCCI network, having been recommended for Full membership by one of the 33 Council of the Chamber members.
The purpose of JCCI UK is to promote and extend economic relations and trade between Japan and the UK and to promote and protect the interests of Japanese business in the UK. We are delighted that our dedication to our Japanese staff, partners and clients has been recognised for its contribution to economic relations between Japan and the UK and we look forward to building relationships with fellow members of the JCCI UK during our membership.
Having nurtured a thriving portfolio of Japanese corporate tenants for the past two decades, the establishment of a dedicated Japanese Agency Desk in April 2015 was a natural progression for Excel. Through this our specialist department has succeeded in developing enduring relationships with a range of Japanese corporations, including long-term corporate tenants such as The Embassy of Japan, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and many more distinguished organisations who rely on us to source quality houses and apartments for the discerning requirements of their executive employees.
Joining the JCCI UK will enable us to grow our presence within the Japanese business community and build valuable relationships with other member organisations. We are looking forward to reaping the benefits of membership to this important institution, including participating in the many events, receptions, seminars, briefings, lunches and meetings that being a Full Member entails.
